Scott Kraege

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Scott Kraege, Co-Founder and CEO of MOBI, considers his partners and extraordinary MOBI culture the most important factor in MOBI’s success. Combine great founders, extraordinary culture, with the best and brightest people, and you’ll find MOBI’s ingredients for success.

After graduating from Xavier University with a degree in Advertising and Fine Arts, Scott quickly realized being an entrepreneur was in his future. Scott spent a few years in Advertising and then started Bluefish Wireless (now MOBI) in 2001.

Scott oversees the execution of MOBI’s strategy and provides leadership to the senior teams including Finance, Development, Operations, and Sales & Marketing. MOBI provides companies with a technology platform to help manage the complexities of connected devices. With 350 employees and a global footprint, MOBI is the market leader within the managed mobility space. More importantly, winning the “Best Places to Work in Indiana,” award through the Indiana Chamber four years in a row, shows how MOBI has created a culture that puts people first.

Scott brings the same enthusiasm to his personal life as he does his business. His wife Lisa and their four children all under the age of 13 keep him extremely focused on the balance between MOBI and home. Scott passionately supports children who suffer from learning disabilities through his time, resources and a scholarship he founded in 2007. In addition to other philanthropic efforts, Scott is involved with the Indiana Sports Corporation, Techpoint, The Children’s Museum and Brackets for Good. When outside of home and office, look for Scott standing in a river, fly rod in hand, chasing trout.
